During this program, you will work your upper and lower body every single workout. Each workout alternates between pulling and pushing muscles throughout your entire body. This allows ample time for recovery. It utilizes many supersets for time efficiency, increased workout intensity, and bonus aerobic benefits.
With only 3 workouts a week, you need to make every rep count and this is just the plan to maximize your time and gains. As a busy father of 3, this is one of the programs that fit best with my life. I mean, who doesn’t love having every weekend off?
